One thing I found over the years getting align with nature and living your life is always great, the better way to start for great life forming morning routines. I have mentioned five healthy morning habits which I have if you will follow you can create an extraordinary life.
1. Wake up early
I get up 4.30am every day, which gives enough time to create more productivity and feel good. One thing I observed when I get 4.30am, I feel good about myself, feeling good about yourself is a great way to start your day. Some of them they get up at 7 to 10 am in between and feel very lethargic because they sleep late because of various reason like going late to the bed, drinking caffeine before going to bed, using mobile while on the bed etc. the best way to get up early go to bed early.
2. Exercise
If you’re not taking care of your health you’re not fit enough to take care of your life.
This is my strong belief, because I consider our health is the greatest gift of god. Our body is like a brand new car up to 25 years , after six month if you don’t give for service your new car which will give a lot of trouble similarly our body. No matter what happens 30 minutes regular exercise which suits your body yoga, jogging, walking, aerobics, gym, Zumba whatever suit to your body please go ahead and do it. Because physical exercise will develop discipline in you.Â
3. Thinking about your goal
All successful person everyday they take five minutes to think about their goal, what to think on this, let me give one simple tip which I am practicing Whatever we got in this world, somebody asked, so we are enjoying today, Asking is the best way to get what we want. Ask this question you will get an answer. What I can BE or DO or HAVE to achieve my goal?
Keep asking, your will get an answer from your inner voice, and take action.
4. Affirmations
Affirmations are simple and useful. They are you being in conscious control of your thoughts. They are short, powerful statements. When you say them or think them or even hear them, they become the thoughts that create your reality.Â

5. MeditationÂ

Sit in comfortable place, While inhaling and exhaling focus on your breath, if any thoughts’ comes don’t allow them, bring back your attention on the breath do it for 15 minutes you will see the miracles start happening in your life.Â
